Nicholas Ramirez joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2018 and is a member of the civil litigation department of Employees’ Legal Advocates, LLP, where he practices Labor & Employment law. Mr. Ramirez began his career as a personal injury plaintiffs' attorney. It is then when Mr. Ramirez developed a keen sense of fighting for the rights of injured parties and having great empathy for his clients. As a part of the civil litigation department, Mr. Ramirez fights for the rights of aggrieved employees in cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, and harassment.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Ramirez attended the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, graduating in 2007 with a degree in philosophy, magna cum laude. He then graduated from the Boston College Law School, where he was President of Latin American Law Students Association.

In his spare time, Mr. Ramirez enjoys golfing, listening to classical music, and watching soccer.
